The mere exception could be the find of thermalsprings.ru, a massive overview of Russian, former Soviet and other hot springs on our Mother Earth. And though primarily published in Russian, it has the added benefit of an internal translation, as always a bit gibberish, but nonetheless handy.

Take a look on the section of Kamchatka and the Kuril islands: loads of postings some generalized, others with first-hand reports, great photo's and geographical pinpointed.

You can fill the tub with the help of the pipes and let it cool for half an hour then you can sit and relax and watch the glaciers infront of you. The best bath tub I ever sat in.

The reason for posting this is that I will be in Nepal myself in a couple of weeks, not far from this.
Unfortunately I'll probably not be in the position to visit any hot springs, even some of the better accessible soaks.
The idea is to lay to rest the soul of a spirit who most probably left her body not far from Jhinu. Or at the best reassure our own spirits.

В бабской купальне обычно аншлаг, шум, гам, толкотня. Another major perk of the Wakhan Corridor was the roadside natural hot springs! Jan and I cycled with Celine and Chantal for a few days and had a relaxing spa break mid morning, overlooking the Afghan valley. We all got a little sunburnt, but I was thrilled to finally use the bikini I have been carrying around for five months! We cycled for a couple of hours along beautiful valleys and came to a natural hot spring right by the roadside. There were a couple of young boys in it, swimming in the shallow pool totally naked, and we debated a little if we could go in too, and I made the executive decision that we really should; one doesn’t find hot springs very often in the UK so I felt it was an opportunity not to be missed. It was rather fun! The boys quickly scrubbed their hair with soap and hopped out, and at last that bikini I have been carting around for five months was put to use, and we lazed in the lukewarm water, looking across the valley to the Afghan shores, towering mountains overhead, the blazing sun beating down on us and the wind picking up behind us, and discussed quite a range of topics and passed away nearly two hours before dragging ourselves out into the cold breeze to continue cycling.

Believe in your #selfie 🤳....The walk to find all 4 "natural hotsprings" was down a narrow path, a bit challenging but fun. The last hotspring was hidden in a cave, this wild (secret) hotspring was a must for me to find. Especially since very little people (aside from the locals) knew about it. It was freezing cold and windy that day, but getting in for that gram📸 to share. Because if this doesn't make you want to explore Kyrgyzstan🇰🇬 to find and experience these wild hotsprings....do you even travel?🤷‍♀️...🔍🚶‍♀️Walk to the end of the Guesthouse Gulnara after the EcoYurt Camp ⤵️ walk down towards the river and continue waking until you find what looks like a narrow path. The first hotspring will be a heart shaped one (10min walk).
